The phone rings and a woman asks for help as she is got stuck in her building. When they arrive at the building, informed that the people in the building are infected by a dangerous virus. Both the reporter and the cameraman got stuck in the building with the firefighter. More and more people are infected by the virus and they both are trying to escape from the building.

Eli tries to fed blood from a girl but the attack fails. After that girl starts experiencing changes in her and realizes what has happened to her.
